3) How long does the entire production process take?

Production time depends on the required quantity. We maintain a variety of items in stock, which can be shipped immediately. Our standard production and handling time is approximately 15-20 days after order confirmation.

4) How long can I expect to receive the samples?

Once the sample charge is paid and bank confirmation is received, samples will be ready for delivery within 2-7 days. Shipping via express takes 3-7 business days. You can use your own express account or prepay the shipping fees.

5) Are free samples and free shipping possible?

If you only require a few pieces to check product quality, we are happy to provide samples free of charge. However, we do not offer free shipping services. Discounted pricing is available for bulk purchases.

6) How does your OEM service work?

Provide us with your sample, CAD print, or hand sketch, and we will design and program it on our CAM workstation for real-time 3D viewing. We will discuss and design the appropriate geometry to match your application. After mold fee confirmation, a final image of the tool will be sent for review and approval prior to manufacturing. Samples are fully tested before mass production begins.
