What is the MOQ?
It depends on the product size. Small size requires a larger quantity while big size requires less. You are always welcome to contact us for more details.
Are samples available? Are they free or extra?
Yes, and you shall pay for them. Sample cost can be returned in mass order.
What is your payment terms?
T/T always, Western Union. Payment >= 1500USD, 30%-50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
How long is the delivery time?
Generally it takes 8 to 10 working days for trial order, 15 to 20 working days for mass order and customized order. The specific time depends on the quantity.
